Yale-New Haven recently completed comprehensive renovations of the cafés at its York Street and Saint Raphael Campuses, located less than a mile from each other southwest of the university campus.

Other recent enhancements to the retail mix include two new station concepts in the East Pavilion Café. One is Sono, a new concept introduced last year by Morrison that is similar to Chipotle with a menu that includes items such as burritos, salad bowls, fresh salsas and guacamole. Also new at East Pavilion Café is a Global station that features themed menus (Jamaican, Italian, etc.) that change weekly.

The Saint Raphael Campus was bolstered at the beginning of 2014 with a new branded Peet’s kiosk station.

Patient dining operations at Yale-New Haven utilize both Dining on Call and Catering to You room service platforms.
