The café at the hospital focuses on providing a variety of fresh, healthy food options to satisfy the tastes of all diners. At the new cook-to-order station Fresh & Lean, diners select a protein and then combine it with their choice of fresh vegetables and rice or noodles. Also focusing on health and wellness is the café’s monthly Super Food promotion, typically featuring a seasonal food item that has advanced healing properties while also tasting good. Examples of these “super foods” include apples, kale and citrus fruits.
Both retail areas at Via Christi St. Francis have been remodeled within the past year offering an updated space for diners, hospital staff and others to rejuvenate, rest and restore.
