On the retail dining side, Morrison at Norton Hospital has been emphasizing healthy imagery on an updated signage program that promotes wellness and choice. Retail options include a built-to-order deli with four daily varieties of fresh-baked breads and exhibition stations with build-your-own noodle bowls, a taco stand, a pasta station, and shrimp and grits. The Wild Greens salad station has lettuce fresh cut every morning, housemade dressings, fresh produce sourced locally when available and fresh meats used whenever available.

Hand-dipped (not prebreaded) chicken tenders and fish and fresh half-pound burgers are available daily. Patient dining uses Morrison’s Catering to You bedside meal order service.
