Methodist operates a cafeteria in the main hospital complex that serves hot breakfast, lunch and dinner in three distinct daypart serving windows (6 a.m. to 10 a.m., 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.) seven days a week with limited selections available in the mid-morning and mid-afternoon. In addition, a late shift hot food/sandwich bar/soup/salad/dessert menu is served from 11 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. to accommodate third-shift staff.
