Hospital Power Players: 14 to Watch

A number of the hospitals in FM’s 2015 Hospital Power Players listing have recently undergone or are in the process of undergoing significant changes, renovations and updates to their patient and/or retail dining operations. Here are 14 to watch. They range from those making massive conversions to a different style of patient dining (usually to room service from traditional trayline) and those that have enhanced or expanded their retail dining offerings with major additions to those that have or are about to add significant capacity (new patient towers or even whole new buildings) that require expansion of existing meal production/delivery systems.
