HSG has expanded its dietary services revenues by more than $200 million in the past three years, an increase of around 90 percent. The success is attributable to a concentrated effort to sell dietary services to clients that are already customers of its more traditional non-food services.

HSG only launched its dietary/nutrition services unit in 1999 and to this day, less than a thousand of its 3,500 clients utilize this offering, representing considerable room for further growth.
