FM Top 50 2015: No. 50 RMA Hospitality Management
March 11, 2015
Fiscal 2014 Revenues: $24,000,000
RMA’s shift in approach, from an exclusively foodservice provider to a hospitality management firm, has opened the door to more business with smaller clients such as technology and finance firms that don’t have onsite dining but want services such as beverage solutions, onsite mini-markets, premium coffee kiosks and conference catering management. RMA now operates a concierge service that sets up and maintains conference catering for a client using product from other food vendors.

Quick Looks
Another 2014 highlight was RMA being selected for the second year to cater the Super Bowl and Pro Bowl.
The company has also embraced health-based initiatives that have driven demand for plant based proteins, more vegetables and grains and lower carbohydrate (especially less sugar) laden meals.
RMA operates onsite dining for clients like the McGraw-Hill corporate headquarters and the Scholastic Publishing corporate headquarters, both in New York City, as well as a number of high-end law firms like Loeb & Loeb LLP. It also operates dining for some private clubs and owns and operates three commercial restaurants.
