Wexford (Penn.) Health Wellness Pavilion held a "Meet Dr. Right" event the evening of May 7 to introduce its staff of obstetricians/gynecologists, breast surgeons, maternal fetal medicine physicians, endocrinologists and other specialists to the community in its onsite demonstration kitchen. Prominently featured at the event was Executive Chef Cameron Clegg of Parkhurst Dining at Highmark Pittsburgh, who prepared a series of healthy food samples for attendees, including blackened salmon over micro greens, drizzled with a scratch-made avocado vinaigrette.
The Wexford Health Wellness Pavilion is an integrated entity of Allegheny Health Network and offers a wide range of primary, specialty and outpatient care services, along with amenities like the demonstration kitchen, which is open to the public.
