The dining operation at new BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee headquarters in Chattanooga will forego unhealthful menu options like fried chicken, french fries and burgers, reports the Chattanooga Times-Free Press. The café, to be managed by SodexoMagic, a partnership between Sodexo and Magic Johnson Enterprises, will emphasize more healthful options as a way to improve eating habits among employees.

The healthful choices will be available both in the main 400-seat dining room and in a second café outlet. The selections are expected to include to-order stir frys from a Mongolian grill, pizzas with whole-wheat crusts made to order in a gas-fired oven, a hot entrée station and salad bar as well as extensive grab-and-go sandwiches and salads.
