7 seriously cheffed-up salads from Bryan Health

For the past few months, Nazim Khan, CEC, WCEC, executive chef at Bryan Health in Lincoln, Neb., has been creating buzz around his chef-designed, protein-packed, crisp, fresh, totally craveable salads, selling out every time and taking full advantage of late summer’s harvest, as well.

The salads have become a must-have for around 150 people who snap them up within an hour every Thursday and Friday at two alternating locations on the hospital campus.

Here is a sampling of the creative new salads, their fresh ingredients and the inspiration behind them.
