Starbucks Corp. plans to open its first tea-only outlet in October in Seattle under the Tazo brand, a company Starbucks acquired in 1999, reports Bloomberg. Tazo tea products have been available in the company's outlets to complement the core coffee lines. The new 1,700-sq.ft. Tazo Store, in the University Village neighborhood near the Starbucks Headquarters, will sell 80 varieties of loose-leaf tea by the ounce. There are no plans for additional locations at this time, according to a Starbucks spokesperson, though the company will consider opportunities "where a location is the right fit."
