Jan. 3—Yale Dining announced that Regenia Phillips, director of residential operations, has accepted a position with Aramark Healthcare at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. In her new position as general manager of nutrition services, Phillips will manage 372 employees, a $24 million budget, patient meal service, 13 retail dining locations and catering.
“It will be very difficult to fill Regenia’s shoes, and she will be greatly missed here at Yale," Rafi Taherian, executive director of Yale Dining, said in a press release. "We support Regenia’s decision and congratulate both Baylor and Aramark on their new leader.”
Yale Dining will launch a national search to fill the position of director of residential operations.
