In an effort to improve patient satisfaction, the University of Mississippi Medical Center has chosen Morrison Management to provide foodservices at its three hospitals.
The change came about after in-house operations failed to move the needle on that satisfaction level since 2013, reports The Washington Times.
Morrison will start its five-year $36 million contract at the Jackson, Miss., medical center in July and will invest $1.4 million for improvements, according to the website.
