Tulane feeds students' desire for ethnic cuisine

After gathering student feedback with a survey about which foods they would like to see on campus, Tulane University is adding more ethnic cuisine this fall, reports tulane.edu.

The New Orleans university will add new options to the food court in its Lavin-Bernick Center, including Al Fuego—a Latin American diner developed specifically for the university—and Star Ginger, an Asian fusion concept developed by award-winning chef Mai Pham.
