The University of Georgia in Athens, Ga., introduced a new sushi concept this month at its Joe Frank Harris Dining Commons, The Red & Black reports.

Sushi with Gusto serves cooked and raw sushi as well as poke bowls, and customers can also order party trays for larger groups. The concept, which has several units across the U.S., has been offering samples of its menu items since it opened at UGA earlier this month. Chefs say that the crunchy rolls topped with tempura flakes or with a tempura-fried item inside them have been the most popular with students so far.

Officials decided to bring the concept to campus based on feedback from students. In the future, students will be able to grab prepackaged sushi from Sushi with Gusto at other dining locations on campus.
