Pedestal Foods names Jennifer Dodd COO

Pedestal Foods has brought on Jennifer Dodd as the new chief operations officer.

The K-12 dining services company announced the hire Tuesday, noting Dodd’s experience with strategic planning and brand development.

“I’m confident in Dodd’s ability to take the company to the next level,” said Britt Hunt, CEO of Pedestal Foods, in a statement. “She has extensive hands-on experience in strategic planning and brand development and her abilities will be vital as Pedestal Foods continues to grow.”

Dodd joins Pedestal Foods after also serving as COO at Spirit of Math America, an “after-school school” for high-performing students in mathematics.
