DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind., has debuted a tandoor oven and an agua fresca bar in its new Hoover Dining Hall.

The additions, among others, made their introduction when the dining hall opened for business on Oct. 31. Menu items served at the new eatery include a halal burger, veggie tofu tacos and seared chayote squash.

The dining hall is run by DePauw’s foodservice provider, Bon Appetit.
