October is Vegetarian Awareness Month, and Metz Culinary Management is serving up a variety of veggie-based dishes  throughout the month to celebrate.

As part of its VegFest promotion, diners are able to enjoy dishes such as roasted pear flatbread with smoked blue cheese and candied walnuts, chimichurri quinoa stuffed peppers, and black bean and asparagus frittata.

Metz has also been offering cooking demonstrations throughout October and allowing guests to sample different dishes.

VegFest recipes also sync up with Nutritics, Metz’s nutrition software that allows guests to view daily and weekly menus, as well as information on nutrition, allergens and food preferences from their phones or desktop.
