Metz & Associates announces new executive hires

Feb. 18—Metz & Associates has announced three new additions to its management team.

Ryan McNulty has joined Metz as director of culinary development. In his new role he will set culinary standards, such as quality, presentation, menu planning, recipe development, standardization, product specifications and customer satisfaction. He is a certified executive chef who previously served as a research and development chef/quality control manager for Innovative Foods, Inc. McNulty has also served as executive chef at several restaurants and served as a culinary chef instructor at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia.

Jimmy Blicharz has been named vice president of the K-12 school dining services division. In his new role he will provide leadership, incentive programs and problem solving and planning skills. Previously, Blicharz served as chief operating officer for Food Management Group, where he managed day-to-day operations of the business in addition to opening new accounts. He also served as a regional manager for Aramark.

Chris Motyka was named vice president of support services. In his new role he will contribute leadership, ideas and strategic planning. He previously worked as a district manager for Aramark, where he oversaw 27 managers in 19 departments at 12 locations.
