Ken Toong named executive director of Auxiliary Enterprises

July 19—University of Massachusetts’ Ken Toong has been named Executive Director of Auxiliary Enterprises. He was Executive Director of Dining Services.

In his new role, Toong will manage the campus hotel, conference services, campus bookstores, UMass Trademark and Licensing in addition to dining services. Toong was FoodService Director’s FSD of the Year for 2008.
