Restaurant chain Chopt has teamed up with Google to encourage employees of the tech company to eat more vegetables.

This past spring, the companies launched Relish, a vegetable lab in Google’s Mountain View, Calif., headquarters. The concept was a hit with Google staff and became a permanent addition to the campus, Chopt says. A second Relish is slated to open in 2018.

Chopt and Google will also be promoting plant-based recipes on the East Coast by reimagining the menu at The Box, a food kiosk on Google’s New York City campus. The limited-service spot, which opens on Tuesday, will now offer such items as vegetable gyros and noodles.
