FoodService Director nominated for 3 Jesse H. Neal Awards
The awards recognize excellence in business-to-business media.

FoodService Director has earned three nominations for the 2018 Jesse H. Neal Awards, an awards program that champions excellence among business-to-business media.
The categories in which FSD is a finalist are best overall art direction, best single issue of a magazine and best art direction for a single article or cover.
“Winsight’s leading media brands provide the best information to their respective markets each and every day, whether online or in magazines,” says Chris Keating, group president of restaurant media and events for FoodService Director parent Winsight Media, which received its largest-ever number of Neal nominations this year. “To secure a record number of Neal Award finalist nominations is a testament to the quality work our editors and designers contribute to their industries.”
FSD’s sister brand Restaurant Business was recognized as well, receiving eight finalist nominations, including best media brand, best website, best overall art direction and best range of work by a single author.
“Restaurant Business and FoodService Director are clearly leading their respective markets in digital content, magazine design and data-based journalism,” says Sarah Lockyer, senior vice president of content for Winsight. “It is exciting and invigorating.”
Winsight brands CSP, Convenience Store Products and Winsight Grocery Business were also named as Neal Award finalists in various categories.
The award winners will be announced on April 5.
