Jan. 29—Dining hall eaters at the University of Texas, at Dallas, are temporarily no longer serving themselves food in Spring 2013 in hopes that flu spread will be reduced.

“We proactively added the hand sanitizer and changed to Chartwells employee served meals to avoid hand contact with the serving utensils,” Director of Dining Services Robert Agee said via email interview with the student newspaper. “We will continue that until the flu threat has subsided.”
