Oct. 15—School districts in Utah are doing more to help students understand the new school lunch guidelines, after many complained that they were hungry.

The Jordan School District, in West Jordan, Utah, produced a video to help the students understand the reason for the mandatory diet changes. They also made posters for the middle and high school students, clearly showing the new fruit and vegetable requirements. They say confusion and rumors led to students not knowing what they could take at lunch, and they believe the video should help.
