CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind.–Local residents enjoyed grilled hamburgers and hot dogs Friday afternoon at Milligan Park through the Crawfordsville Community School Corporation’s Summer Feeding program.

Chartwells food service employees will continue to grill every Friday to expand the feeding program. Crawfordsville Food Service Director Adam Young said grilling at the park drew the program’s largest crowd so far.

“We are even talking about grilling two days a week out here,” Young said. “Today went pretty well, and it was our first time serving hot lunches at the park.”
