Breakfast foods not an all-day affair

Eight out of ten school operators say they don’t offer breakfast all day. The majority of schools reserve breakfast foods for only the morning meal, according to research from The Big Picture.

The majority of schools reserve breakfast foods for only the morning meal, according to research from The Big Picture. Eight out of ten school operators say they do not offer breakfast menus all day. That number is nearly 10 percentage points higher than the industry average, at 74%.

Four percent of school operators offer a full breakfast menu all day and 13% offer a limited breakfast menu all day.
