Jan. 2—Lesley University of Cambridge, Mass., has agreed to modify its foodservices and meal plans to accommodate students with celiac disease and other food allergies under a deal struck with the U.S. Department of Justice.

The agreement settle accusations by DOJ that the university was not meeting its obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, which has been expanded in scope by recent legislative and regulatory developments.
