Economy takes its toll on B&I growth. Average foodservice revenue per respondent last year was $3.96 million, down slightly from $4.02 reported in 2008 by the same companies.

Average foodservice revenue per respondent last year was $3.96 million, down slightly from $4.02 reported in 2008 by the same companies. For 2010, 34% expect sales to increase, while 20% project a decrease and 46% see sales remaining flat.
