Mary Beth Sheehan, R.D., has been promoted to director of dining services at Seabrook, a continuing care retirement community, in Tinton Falls, N.J. Sheehan has been the assistant director since 2012.

According to the Asbury Park Press, Sheehan joined Seabrook, one of the Erickson Living Communities, in 2010 as restaurant manager for Seabrook’s continuing care neighborhood. A graduate of Rutgers University, she has 25 years’ experience in healthcare foodservice, from acute care to long-term care.
