Quest Food Management Inc., has hired Nicholas Saccaro as president. Saccaro has more than 10 years’ experience in executive leadership roles in a variety of food and hospitality setting, including his most recent position as vice president of operations and Creative Dining Services.

Saccaro Also served in a leadership role as vice president general manager with Revolution Foods and was CEO leading two Feeding America affiliates.

Saccaro will oversee a current staff of 675 employees and a portfolio of school foodservice accounts throughout Illinois. Saccaro succeeds former president Michael McTaggart who led Quest for the past 8 years. McTaggart will act as chief executive officer.

“I will remain very active in Quest as the chief executive officer and owner/principal of the organization, ensuring we stay focused on our mission and founding principles,” McTaggart said in a press release. “Nick will quickly begin to assume many responsibilities of the day-to-day operations, and I will be alongside him to ensure we fulfill ourvision to create the most enduring relationships in the industry by what we do and how we do it.”
