Metz Culinary Management brings spring break to diners with StayCation promotion
Guests get to enjoy special limited time dishes such as Jamaican pork loin and Baja fish tacos.
Metz Culinary Management has launched a StayCation promotion at its corporate dining, healthcare, higher education and independent school accounts.
Diners are able to enjoy a variety of menu items inspired by popular spring break destinations. The dishes were created by Metz Culinary Management Executive Chef Timothy Morris based on recipes from culinary team members and include items such as seafood cioppino, Jamaican pork loin, Baja fish tacos and more.
“I based the destinations on research as to the most popular spring break destinations in recent years,” Morris said in a statement. “The goal of the menu was to give guests in our accounts an opportunity to taste the regions where they might have been vacationing if it wasn't for the pandemic. It was our goal to bring spring break destinations directly to our guests.”
Metz Culinary also designed social media, digital signage and point of sale pieces for the promotion.
