Thank you for reading food-management.com. Those of you who have been here before will recognize that starting today, we have a brand-new website.

You’ll notice an improved, cleaner layout of the content, a more fluid navigation around the site and an enhanced mobile experience.

Most important, the new site enhances our ability to surface additional content relative to you, whether that comes from our editorial team, our industry contributors or our sponsors.

We hope the new site helps you quickly find information helpful to you, including:

News & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest news and consumer trends in the onsite foodservice segment. Here you’ll also find content specifically targeted toward FM’s four main segments: healthcare, colleges, K-12 schools and B&I.

Food & Beverage: Learn the latest food trends, cooking techniques, recipes and menu development tactics.

Operations: Learn how operators are managing their programs in areas like design and construction, marketing and merchandising, and production.

Top 50 Contract Companies: Get Food Management’s annual list of the 50 largest contract management foodservice companies, including the latest news on companies including Compass, Aramark and Sodexo.

Change is rarely without complications, but I think you’ll find our migration to the new platform a smooth one. Many people on the Penton technology team have been working on it for many months. I’d like to know your thoughts—please feel free to reach out to [email protected].
