The University of Virginia Dining Services has engaged the services of six independently operated food trucks to come on campus and serve students while the school's Newcombe Dining Hall is being renovated, reports the Cavalier Daily campus paper. The dining hall will continue operating as the construction proceeds throughout the school year, and the trucks are intended to reduce traffic in the constricted space. The trucks are scheduled to operate from 11 am to 2 pm weekdays.
