The University of North Texas has named Bill McNeace executive director of university dining services. He will be responsible for the five campus cafeterias and various retail outlets, along with campus catering, and will also oversee UNT’s transition of its retail dining operations from contract management to self-operation as part of a more integrated campus-wide dining service. McNeace comes from Aramark, for which he had most recently served as regional vice president for campus services in Texas. He has also overseen campus dining operations at a number of universities, including a stint as senior food service director at Emory University in Atlanta.
