Univ. of Maryland Hires New Executive Chef

The University of Maryland has hired its first executive chef in the past 30 years, according to the Diamondback campus paper. John Gray, who was previously assistant executive chef at Harrah's Hotel and Casino in Tunica, MS, will be in charge of developing new recipes and ensuring food quality in the dining halls.
