Unidine Partners With Enviro Services Firm

Normal0011126445179011.773000Unidine Corp. has formed a strategic alliance with Xanitos, Inc., a provider of environmental services for hospitals. In a related move, Xanitos Vice President of Sales Steven Servant is moving to Unidine, where he will serve as vice president of business development with his duties including the coordination of jointly proposed services under the new partnership.

Xanitos was founded in 2008 by Graeme Crothall, who founded hospital housekeeping services providers Crothall International, Ltd., Quornden, Inc., and Crothall Services Group. Today, Crothall International and Quornden make up the basis of Sodexo’s Facilities Management unit while Crothall Services Group was acquired in 2001 by Compass Group and now serves as that company’s healthcare facilities management arm.
