UNI Dining Issues Cookbook

University of Northern Iowa Dining Services recently released its first cookbook, Best Bites, which features 178 of UNI Dining's most requested recipes, reports the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. UNI Dining Services started publishing recipe card packets in 1993 and decided to create a cookbook after receiving continuous requests from staff, students and others. Recipes include favorites such as Panther Chili, Pumpkin Bread and Broccoli Grape Salad, as well as newer creations like Pita Crisp and Champagne Truffles.
