UNevada-Reno to Add Unit of Local Vegan/Gluten-Free Eatery to Student Union

The University of Nevada, Reno is adding a unit of local vegan/gluten-free eatery Great Full Gardens and a U-Swirl frozen yogurt station to the food court in its Joe Crowley Student Union this fall, reports the Reno Gazette-Journal. Great Full Gardens Express will take the spot previously occupied by Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen and will provide students with a menu consisting of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Fcus groups had indicated that students at UNevada-Reno want a combination of locally grown food, healthy food options and national brands.
