Texas Christian University Dining Services is partnering with a local coffee brewing company on a proprietary blend exclusively for the university, reports the Daily Skiff student paper. The blend, designed by Rupert Crabb, manager and chief roaster for Aduro Bean Micro-Roasters, was chosen through a blind taste test by students and faculty after the dining committee whittled the options down from eight to three. It is available by the cup at TCU’s Union Grounds campus coffee shop and will be available in retail packs with the school name and logo before the end of the fall semester.
