TCU Partners With Local Celebrity Chef on Stadium Eats

Fort Worth restaurateur/chef Jon Bonnell will partner with Sodexo as the exclusive culinary consultant for all catering and foodservice at Texas Christian University’s Amon G. Carter Football Stadium beginning with the fall 2014 season, reports the Fort Worth Business Press. Bonnell will work with Sodexo to create new catering options to be served throughout the stadium’s 32 Club and Suite level venues.
Bonnell is proprietor of the Bonnell’s Restaurant Group and owns and operates several well-known Fort Worth eateries, including Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine, Waters, Bonnell’s Coastal Cuisine and Buffalo Bros Pizza, Wings & Subs. The author of three culinary cookbooks, he also teaches about food and wine at TCU.
