Sage Dining Services will take over operation of dining services at Choate Rosemary Hall, a prestigious private college prepatory boarding school located in Wallingford, CT, reports the New Haven Register. A specialist in the independent school and private college segments, Sage numbers some 200 clients overall, including private academies like Cheshire Academy, St. Thomas More and the Hyde School in Connecticut. Choate has an enrollment of 865, including 650 boarders.
