Next Generation Vending, LLC, has sold off all of its vending, foodservice, office coffee and water service operations effective May 16th to a series of other vending concerns including A&B Vending, American Food & Vending, Aramark, Berkshire Foods, Canteen, Crickler Vending, Cuyahoga Group, Foley Coffee & Vending, Lathrop Vending and Prestige Services.

A major vending operator in the Northeast, the company was at one time also large enough to be on Food Management's Top 50 Contract Management Companies listing, but dropped off after selling its dining division to Lessing's Food Service Management in January 2011. It was acquired by the H.I.G. Capital, LLC, private equity firm later that year.

Next Generation was formed in 2007 through the acquisition of the assets of All Seasons Services, a major vending and manual foodservice management company that had run into financial difficulties and been seized by a creditor after defaulting on a major loan.
