Delaware North Sportservice has gotten into the local mood at Green Bay's venerable Lambeau Field with a series of concessions offerings that balance tradition and culinary innovation, reports local news station Fox11. Among the new offerings for Green Bay Packers fans will be a "Pac 'n Cheese" package of four mac 'n cheese varieties, all made with local cheeses: chili mac, brat mac, buffalo chicken mac and regular mac and cheese.

Also new are Wisconsin Nachos, waffle fries smothered in cheese, sour cream, bacon and green onions; the Big Brat, a foot long brat with sauerkraut; and the Lambeau Heap, a one-pound BBQ bacon and curd burger. Are you ready for some football?
