University Dining at North Carolina State University has debuted Wolfpack to Go, a line of 52 fresh grab-and-go sandwiches, salads, wraps, pitas and yogurt parfaits made daily on campus and sold at four capus locations. They include the Creamery, Hill of Beans, ,Vet School Café and McKimmon Corner Café. Plans call for adding campus c-stores and the new Atrium Food Court, scheduled to open next January, to venues offering the items.

"The lineup was developed and tested by University Dining,” says Director of Cash Operations Kitty Lewis. “We worked hard to create a wide variety of taste profiles and price points that have broad appeal.”

“I am particularly proud of the fact that we use only fresh, wholesome ingredients,” adds University Dining Director Randy Lait, “and our sandwiches, wraps and pitas are made with bread baked at the local Neomande Bakery.”
