The venue features a 11,577 sq.ft. kitchen designed with leading-edge, energy efficient facilities and equipment with the capacity to serve a plated dinner for 5,000 guests. Levy will provide seasonal menus and house made hors d’oeuvres, desserts, pastries and more, inspired by authentic local flavors and made with products from regional farms, artisans and purveyors such as Ohio City Pasta and Chef Garden Farms.

“Our vision was to re-energize the downtown area, retaining the great history while moving forward with a state-of-the-art facility to welcome visitors with a sophisticated experience,” says Jim Bennett, Senior Vice President for Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc., which operates the facility. “We believe that Levy’s inventive culinary approach and proven excellence in creating memorable dining experiences is what will bring our shared vision to life for all of our guests.”

“This groundbreaking facility truly celebrates the spirit of the community and establishes Cleveland as an epicenter for the medical industry and beyond,” says Andy Lansing, President and CEO of Levy Restaurants. “With innovation at the forefront of the Center, and the focus on technology, collaboration and convenience, we look forward to bringing our creative, restaurateur mindset and deep industry expertise to the table. This will be a forum for business unlike any other.”
