The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees minor league baseball club has engaged Legends Hospitality Management as the new concessions vendor at its PNC Field ballpark. Legends was formed last year through a partnership between Major League Baseball’s New York Yankees (parent club to the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre team) and the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys to operate concessions and dining services at the new Yankee Stadium, slated to open this April, and the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium, which will open this fall. Besides those venues, Legends also manages dining and concessions at George M. Steinbrenner Field, the Yankees’ spring training facility in Tampa, FL.
