LeTourneau University has opened its new 19,000-sq.ft. Corner Café dining hall, reports the Longview (TX) News-Journal. Located in a former chapel building on the east side of the Longview campus, Corner Café replaces B.A. Skipper Dining Hall, giving the school’s 1,500 students, as well as the staff, a venue with almost 50 percent more space to take their meals. It is part of a $10 million campus expansion and renovation project. Corner Café will be operated by campus dining services provider Bon Appetit Management Co., which won the contract last year.
