Levy Restaurants co-founder and chairman Larry Levy has a workout routine that caught the attention of the Wall Street Journal. The routine involves different types of workouts depending on where he is, and since the 69-year-old travels a lot among the sites operated by his company, the workouts are quite varied. For example, in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where Levy is a partner in Esperanza Resort, he runs on the beach and takes fitness classes. In Aspen, he skis, hikes and works out with a trainer while in Miami, where, with partners, he recently opened Lorenzo restaurant and Redbury South Beach Hotel, he does yoga and boot-camp-style workouts on the beach.
