Johns Hopkins Hospital has launched Meatless Mondays at the Wellness Corner station of its renovated Cobblestone Café to encourage healthier dining among customers. The station will offer only vegetarian meal options on those days to promote the benefits of eating more grains, fruits and vegetables. However, meat dishes will continue to be served at the other stations. A national Meatless Monday campaign had been launched seven years ago in association with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School oof Public Health and the Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future. Johns Hopkins’ dining services are managed by Sodexo.
