In order to boost interest in its summer feeding program, the Crawfordsville IN, Community School Corporation and dining services provider Chartwells have set up a grill serving hamburgers and hot dogs at a local park that is a summer feeding site, reports the Journal-Review. The first grilling event drew the program's largest crowd so far and Chartwells says it will repeat the event each Friday during the summer, and may even expand it to a second day of the week. The site, at Milligan Park, usually offers only cold meals consisting of sandwiches, fruits, vegetables and milk.
